The organisation is delivering multiple high-value data centre projects across Europe, with over 500MW of capacity currently in development. This position comes with a premium salary package and a full rotation setup, including accommodation, travel, and living allowances, making it perfect for professionals seeking international career growth while working on industry-defining projects.In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading CSA works from groundworks to final handover, ensuring world-class quality and safety standards. You’ll work closely with subcontractors, senior leadership, and client teams to deliver on-time, on-budget, and to exacting specifications.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages, driving project progress from start to completion.
  • Ensure strict health & safety compliance, setting up and monitoring procedures to achieve a zero-harm environment.
  • Oversee quality assurance (QA) processes, ensuring all installations meet technical and regulatory standards.
  • Work with Planners and Project Managers to coordinate schedules and manpower to meet client milestones.
  • Supervise subcontractors, track progress, and chair regular coordination meetings to maintain alignment and accountability.
  • Manage site documentation and reporting, ensuring compliance with client and project governance requirements.
  • Conduct drawing reviews, highlighting buildability issues and ensuring accuracy before execution.
  • Take ownership of snagging and punch list activities, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Handle change management, including cost implications and program impacts.
  • Be a visible leader on-site, motivating teams and maintaining a collaborative, solution-focused culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience supervising large-scale CSA works on major construction projects.
  • Strong leadership abilities with proven experience managing CSA teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil works, roofing, cladding, architectural finishes, and fit-out.
  • Ability to manage site safety, quality control, and project scheduling.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • EU passport or right to work in Finland is essential.
